This page consolidates our Terms of Use, Refund & Cancellation policy, Copyright & Trademark policy, DMCA notice, Privacy pointers and other legal terms. It is intended to be read in full for legal clarity.
Scope. These Terms govern your access to and use of Missing Palette (the “Website”), and any purchases, commissions, workshops or services provided by Missing Palette (the “Services”). By accessing the Website or purchasing Services you agree to these Terms.
When interacting with the Website and Services you agree to: provide accurate information for orders and registrations; not impersonate others; not attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Website; not upload unlawful or infringing content to our channels.
For certain Services you may be asked to create an account or provide contact and billing details. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Missing Palette reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Website or Services at any time without prior notice. Prices, descriptions and availability of Services can be changed at our discretion.
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. That confirmation is not an acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and receive cleared payment (or when physical goods are shipped).
Prices displayed on the Website are in the stated currency and may change. Applicable taxes, duties or shipping fees are added at checkout and are the responsibility of the purchaser. For international shipping customs, import duties and local taxes are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Missing Palette does not store full card details. We use secure payment providers — refer to their terms and privacy policies for payment-specific issues.
If fraudulent activity is suspected or payment fails, Missing Palette reserves the right to cancel orders and communicate with your bank or payment provider to resolve the matter.
Physical artworks and prints are shipped via couriers. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed; delivery may be delayed by customs, carrier issues or force majeure events.
Risk of loss passes to you once the artwork is handed to the shipping carrier. Title transfers when payment has been received in full by Missing Palette.
Inspect deliveries immediately. For damaged or incorrect items, keep packaging and photograph the damage. Notify Missing Palette within 24 hours of receipt with photos and tracking information to claim replacement, repair or refund at our discretion.
Commissions require a non-refundable deposit to confirm booking and begin work. Once work starts, deposits and progress payments are non-refundable. Changes may incur additional fees depending on scope.
Workshop bookings are subject to specific terms posted at signup. Generally, tickets are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted up to 48 hours before the event subject to availability.
Sales of original artwork are final unless explicitly stated. For prints or delivered goods, refunds may be issued for defective or incorrectly described items if reported within 7 days of delivery, provided proof is supplied.
Digital downloads and files are generally non-refundable once access is granted.

Send notices to: ankit@missingpalette.com. We will respond and, if appropriate, remove content within 48 hours and follow applicable law.
When you post comments, images, or reviews to our public channels (social media, gallery submissions, or site comments) you grant Missing Palette a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content, but ensure you have the right to post it.
We may remove UGC that is unlawful, abusive, infringes rights, or violates our policies. We are not responsible for user posts; users are fully responsible for their submissions.
We collect personal information you provide (name, email, address) to process orders and communicate. We use analytics tools for aggregated statistics. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
We retain data only as needed to deliver Services and comply with laws. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data.
We implement reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Website may contain links to third-party sites (payment processors, partners, social platforms). These sites have separate terms and privacy policies; Missing Palette is not responsible for third-party practices or content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Missing Palette, its officers and agents from any claim, damages, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Website, or your infringement of third-party rights.
The Website and content are provided “as is.” Missing Palette disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with the Website or Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services in question (or a nominal amount of INR 500 / USD 10 where no payment occurred), to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Missing Palette is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, government acts, strikes, internet outages, acts of third-party carriers).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will attempt informal resolution first; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Missing Palette maintains its principal place of business.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We may update these policies — the "Last Updated" date will be revised and the updated policy posted here. Continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
